They are small pillows filled with lavender that you place inside your regular pillow case at night. The aromatic lavender promotes a deep restful sleep and sweet pleasant dreams. It’s easy to make your own lavender dream pillow. Simply make a small pillow or bag and fill it one half to two thirds full of dried lavender. You do not want to overfill, because you want to be able to shift or shake the loose lavender buds around for a burst of scent as desired. A super easy way to make a lavender dream pillow is to place about half a cup of dried lavender flowers in a long row on a bandanna. Simply roll the bandanna up and knot the ends or secure with rubber bands. Since this would make a long narrow dream pillow you have the added benefit of it being right under your nose at night no matter with way your facing during sleep.
